I ordered 87 lit fridge on 14 march.
Delivery attempted by global express but I wasn't at home .
They took my fridge back to warehouse.
Now I don't know when I'm gonna get it
It was urgent.
Team global express not contacting me
I have no ways to contact them

Existing phone access

I tried to reach customer care for an existing mobile plan query and I kept getting put through to kogan energy.
I thought the number was incorrect the first time so tried again making sure it was the correct number and the same thing happened.
The ability to reach any kogan customer service is very very poor.
Obviously this is purposeful to minimise the cost of actually servicing your customers.
